New Haven Business Lawyer Explains Forming a Connecticut Corporation

I always get asked as a New Haven Business Lawyer on how to form a Corporation in Connecticut.  You must first file a Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State, which then includes a shareholders meeting to review the new bylaws.  Also, as a New Haven Business Attorney I let people know that they must elect a board of directors, so that they can hire a chief executive officer, a president and officers.
